I stumbled upon and joined this forum because I was looking for specific info on the SMT. Thought I could be of some assistance, if you could forgive me for writing in english.
All KTM 990 owners should own Tuneecu in my opinion. The Android version is very simple to use and allows for monitoring, quick and easy diagnostics and changing of fuel maps. You would need the app from here and an adapter, like one from Rottweiler here.
To fix your fueling issue, I'd recommend map #14 or #15 from Kevxtx, which you can find and download here; https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo…fk4gjlh97q2jxb8n&e=2&dl=0
The benefit of having Tuneecu yourself is that you can easily find out if you have some of the common issues related to poor fueling, like map sensor defects, vacuum leak or misaligned throttle body sync.
