Thx Climax for bringing this up.
Got the same problem here.
Do you really have to take off the total ' heck'? ![]()
It looks like you can leave the heck on and use a dremel to make some space.

Hi Guys,
I work with the Vectorsoftware Coreldraw, illustrator, SignGo and FlexiSign so if I can be of any help, please don't hessitate to contact me.
I'll be happy to help.
Cheers, Pjedro
@ Geissenpeter
I had the same with the original mapping combined with the hattech anlage.
The Akra-mapping cleared everything for me.

Hi Skysumo,
When you look under 'Bilder - Videos'... 'selfmade werkstatt' you'll find... 'Hattech Superduke Heckumbau' written by SM-Mic.
You'll see exactly where to cut.
I think (it's been a while) that's necessary to disassemble the mufflers. It will be easier anyway.
I used the kellermann micro 1000 and didn't need 'die Wiederstände'.
Good luck! :daumen hoch:
Cheers, Pjedro
@ duke990
I am sorry but I think that's impossible.
The connections with the mufflers are totaly different.
(That leaves me with a spare hellfire system.)
Cheers, Pjedro
Hi blacky,
It is expensive, but worth it. Especially when you also use it on a trailer for transport.
Cheers, Pjedro
@ Blacky
It's called 'Bike Grab'.
Really easy, you can even mount it on a trailer or in a van for transport.

Hi Guys,
A few questions for those of you who installed the new heckumbau allready.
The seat doesn't seem to neatly fit the frame. (You,ve reported that allready)
Altough the advise is to cut 2mm from the lock-sparing in the frame to fix the lock, I think I need at least 5mm.
Do you think it's a good idea to make the holes on the subframe wider (oval for example) so I can gain a few mm's?

Futhermore I noticed that there's no seat to rest on for the two rubbers the most in front.
Did you notice any severe cuttings in the rubber because of that?
If so I will make them myself.

Nice like this isn't it?
Thx for your reply,
Pjedro
Here's a pic without seat (and pipes). It's narrow but you can even install your alarm in there. ![]()

I agree with Bommel.
They look like huge chimneys.
@ Duke Skywalker: Good idea, I realy would like to see some pics under the buddy.
Got myself the new system and I am wondering where to attache my alarm-unit. Where tot put my toolkit? ![]()
Any ideas?
Thx, Pjedro
Thanks 990er, I will.

Hi all,
I recently notice a crackling noise coming from the leftside when driving slow at lower rpms.
I can't point at the exact location though. Could it be the chain? I am using Profi DryLube.
Does anybody have a similar experience?

Hi Mandy,
I got the hellfire cans mounted.
The sound is really
. I use the extra Db-killers otherwise they will be too loud.
(Neighbours getting scared and stuff like that)
The SD runs very well with the Akra-mapping. She had some problems at lower rpm's with the original mapping.
I am not sure about the real performance gain but it sure feels much better.
Cheers, Pjedro
Stimmt, es sind die räcingtüten.
With the additional db-killers, the sound is excellent
, not to loud.
Cheers, Pjedro
Auch nicht für die Hellfire cans?
At Hattech they advised the akra-mapping.
Cheers, Pjedro
Thnx mkl,
I forgot about them concerning the mapping.
Got the 16 er ritzel from Sommer.
Will contact them... and it's only 150 km's.
