ECU don't receive the signals correctly

  • Good day mates!
    I have KTM RC8 2008
I had a problems with battery,
I recharged from the car battery once and since them mine is giving an
arrows and ECU do not receive correctly an information from the air
indicators in collectors readings vary greatly and, accordingly, different injectors opening time - as a result one of the cylinders are not working.

When i turn the key ON the indicates are correct, but when I'm starting
an engine the indicators are changing and giving me te wrong
    information.
I've measured the readings from these sensors with a voltmeter - the same signal, but the ECU do not reflect those signals (it's increasing one of the indicators)

as a results there are over flow of petrol in one of the cylinders and it's not working.
    after
a while the situation can change for 180 degrees, after turning off the
engine and indicators changing their signals and the other cylinder
    start working.

I live in Russia and that's not common to have that bike here so i'm facing a problems fixing it. I can't check
ECU on the other bike and dealer can't do anything else apart from what
I can, i've changed (manifold pressure) between each other - they work
perfectly! I've tried everything I could think of so far!

I can see that ECU giving an arrow

Does anyone of you had the same problem? How did you solve it?

Q: whether to get off the specified values in the processor on which the ECU determines the amount of air?

    here are the testimony

Looking for your comments and will be thankfully for any help!
