Welches Mapping?

    Hallo an euch alle!


    Habe folgende Frage: Bin stolzer Besitzer einer Duke 3 Baujahr 2009. Der originale Sound war mir viel zu leise, darum habe ich mir vor knapp einer Woche den Dominator Exhaust nach Australien bestellt... Er sollte in etwa einer Woche hier sein. Limitierungen gibt es hier keine, deshalb mache ich mir gar keine Sorgen es koennte zu laut sein. Hab vor meine Airbox zu modifizieren indem ich den hinteren teil aufschneide, da mir der originale intake etwas sehr klein aussieht und ich mir so erhoffe den Drehmoment im mittleren Drehzahlband zu erhoehen. Nun zu meiner Frage - Kann ich fuer 100-200km fahren, waehrend die Airbox modifiziert wurde, die Fuel-injection jedoch nicht? Und welches mapping waere am besten geeignet, nachdem auch der Exhaust montiert wurde?

    there's no map from ktm to use with 3rd-party exhaust + modified airbox
    "08-10 model years with Akropovic slip-on exhaust" to use with 3rd-party exhaust (and original airbox)
    (evo1 is for exhaust + airbox + camshaft)

    but since you're located in australia you might be interested in vortex http://www.vortexcdi.com , it's an australian company providing a complete ECU as a replacement for the OEM - look for KTM - KTM690SMC_08-10, maybe some tweaks are necessary, motors (if you do own a duke 3 and not a duke3-r model) are the same, just intake/exhausts are different

    the main reason to pick akra maps is when changing the exhaust ist to get issues with stalling at idle or low rpm fixed
    havn't seen or read about anyone running evo1 map without the camshaft


    when planning to use pc-v (or any other similar product as myjet ebr etc..) i would go with the akra map as base map
    you can also add fuel with tuneecu free software, but you'll need a dyno to work on lambda, same with pc-v but it additional offers an auto-tune module with wideband sensor, myjet ebr (kastl) will be shipped preconfigured for your bike-setup

    Gibt kein mapping für den Auspuff im zusammenhang mit offener airbox. -----> Prüfstand :titten:
