    - LV Nero mit Kat

    - 3 Löcher im ori. Luftfilterkastendeckel

    - Powercomander PCV


    und ab damit auf den Prüfstand, alles angepasst... rennt super (laut Messungen auf der Rolle).

    In den Genuss komme ich dann in der nächsten Saison.


    Der nächste Schritt war, das komplette Motorrad zerlegt - Schwinge wird gepulvert, Speichen inklusive ?

    Und zum Schluss kommt mich eine stärkere Feder mit Adjuster rein.
    Bin Sportler, der mit Montur und Rucksack ca. 115-120 kg, da musste was stabileres her :grins:


    Ps. Wie kommt man dazu, dass der Arrow lauter ist als der Nero? Niemals :peace:

    Preload Adjuster für Federbein?

    Was bringt Dir der Powercomander wenn Du mit Kat und nur Löcher im Luftfilterdeckel

    Filter Deckel hast?

    Laut Pirat, kein Kat,dann PC.

    Ich will ebenfalls einen PCV in meine 2021 SMC-R bauen.


    Ich habe leider keine Ahnung von den Dingern!

    Wo bekomme ich die Maps her oder muss ich sie mir selber erstellen.

    It is necessary to load a map suitable for the configuration of your bike on the PCV. In order to load the map on your PCV you need to download free software from the Dynojet website. Connect the PCV to your PC with the supplied cable (USB-Mini USB) and download the map.

    At the moment there are 4 downloadable maps on the Dynojet website but none of them are suitable for your configuration. https://www.dynojet.com/tunes Unfortunately, the map that I had prepared on my bike is not suitable for your configuration otherwise I would have sent it to you by email.

    I do not recommend that you make your own map, even if in theory it is possible using Dynojet software.

    The only alternative is to go to a workshop that has a Dynojet dyno (like Pirate Racing) and have the map set up for your configuration. To fine tune the map they connect a fuel air ratio sensor instead of a lambda sensor. Then they modify the injection timing and advance values for each throttle valve opening value and number of revs to get the right fuel air ratio, which is always too lean in the original configuration.

    Leider ist das Kennfeld, das ich auf meinem Motorrad vorbereitet hatte, nicht für Ihre Konfiguration geeignet, sonst hätte ich es Ihnen per E-Mail zugeschickt.

    Ich empfehle Ihnen nicht, ein eigenes Kennfeld zu erstellen, auch wenn es theoretisch mit der Dynojet-Software möglich ist.

    Die einzige Alternative ist, zu einer Werkstatt zu gehen, die einen Dynojet-Prüfstand hat (wie Pirate Racing) und das Kennfeld für Ihre Konfiguration einstellen zu lassen. Für die Feinabstimmung des Kennfeldes schließen sie einen Sensor für das Kraftstoff-Luft-Verhältnis anstelle einer Lambdasonde an. Dann ändern sie den Einspritzzeitpunkt und die Vorlaufwerte für jeden Drosselklappenöffnungswert und jede Drehzahl, um das richtige Kraftstoff-Luft-Verhältnis zu erhalten, das in der ursprünglichen Konfiguration immer zu mager ist.
