    Vielleicht ist man da in Nordeutschland noch Kundenfreundlicher oder nicht so abgezockt.
    Hatte meine GSXR Anfang 2011 zum Abtimmen wegen PowerCommander.
    In der Kringelszene kennt man ihn, Pöpsel Power, stimmt auch IDM Bikes ab.
    Der hat bei meiner Abstimmung damals eine komplette Tankfüllung (ca 15l - 105km) auf dem Prüfstand durchgejagt.
    Die Abstimmung hat 180€ gekostet! :Daumen hoch:


    In 2010 gab es bei Polo mal so eine Aktion mit Prüfstand.Für 20€ haben die damals 3 Läufe gemacht!

    ich lese nun schon seit einiger Zeit hier im Forum mit und habe mir nun als Winterprojekt vorgenommen das Kastl einzubauen.
    Kann mir vielleicht jemand sagen ob es das Kastl schon komplett Plug and Play (a la Duke IV) für die Duke III BJ 2010 gibt?


    Ich fahre momentan mit Akrapovic komplett inkl. Mapping und möchte, falls der Auspuff einmal demoniert wird, die Möglichkeit haben das Kastl auf die neue Konfiguration anzupassen. Gibt es hierzu ein Tool mit dem ich das zu Hause erledigen kann?

    * Ja es ist plug&play
    * Beim USB Kabel ist das Tool dabei, man kann die Mappingwerte ändern und müsste dann jedesmal eine Probefahrt machen und hat auch keine A/F Werte, also wäre besser mit einem Prüfstand! Grundsätzlich gehts, Higshcore arbeitet selbst mit nichts anderem...

    Mein Plan ist folgender, das Kastl im Winter einbauen und dann im Frühling nach Wien auf den Prüfstand um es noch fein abzustimmen.
    Beim Einbau würde ich auf den RU verzichten ,da dies in Verbindung mit der Akrapovic Anlage wohl eher kontraproduktiv wäre, und stattdessen den Luftfilterkasten durchlöchern.


    Falls ich dann doch einmal den Originalauspuff und den RU montiere, wäre es natürlich sinnvoll die Software am Kastl auf die neue Konfiguration zu ändern.
    Das ist mit dem USB Kabel fürs Kastl möglich, sehe ich das richtig?

    Highscore: Hattest du schon jemanden(SMC 690) mit der Remus Roox-Komplettanlage auf dem Dyno? Oder weißt du ob von der ähnlich gute Werte wie von der Hexacone zu erwarten sind?

    I think its time to introduce myself,cause i am following this thread for a wile now.
    My name is Timmy 29years young,and i am running a ktm 690 sm prestige 2007,stock exept for the akra slip ons.


    I have found another way to modify the air compartement of the sm,
    First i did remove the whole stock airbox.
    I have used the k&n rx 3820 instead of the RU,because i have verry good results with the rx on my crf450r sm.


    For the air inlet i have used a samco hose 60mm bore 45degree and cut that in half,so i had a bend of 22 degree,
    This wil put the airfilter in perfect position and there is no need to cut anything.


    Than i have made a alu bracket,for positioning the airsensor and breather filter,next week the bike will go on the dyno with
    the pcv.


    Hope i have given you guys some good ideas.

    Thanks for the comment,i have post the pictures just for example use on a 690 sm.
    I had orderd an pcv for the sm true my dealer,but the box says 690 smc 2009/2010,
    today i had installed the pcv but it does not work on the sm 2007???


    Does anyone know more about this?
    Or do i need to put a tuneboy on it,i would like to have a kastle,but i live in belgium,so that is not an option.

    ... einzigstes , aber gravierendes Problem beim Silikonschlauch ist die Befestigung auf dem doch sehr kurzen Flansch der Einspritzung . Ich habe keine wirklich haltbare Verbindung herstellen können ... Schon beim anziehen der Schelle flutscht das Ding wieder runter .

    ... hmm ... iss da was anders bei der SM ? Hatte unterschiedliche Schellen getestet , Nuten von innen in den Schlauch gefräßt usw ... nix zu machen .


    Wenner mal drauf war , war er nach spätestens 10 km wieder runter . War der "normale" 60er Samco ...
